IDR
Individual Design Response (IDR) takes the understanding of principles from research and studies of Site Analysis, Precedent Studies and our own insights of the design issue and turn them into design intentions and design strategies for the overall design scheme.

These studies are integrated and put into tangible forms of experiments and studies through Massing Studies. The objectives of these massings were to primarily investigate the design issue to tackle and formulate the primary design strategies at a macro scale.
Estate Planning
Estate planning is something new that we will have to consider for the project this year.
​
With a plot of 60mx60m, the considerations for regulations, roads, services, public & private communal areas as well as landscaping are to be considered.
​
Precedent studies enabled us to understand more of the principles and planning that goes into the macro of the plot.
