(Detail Design Review)

Detail Design Review dives into the detailing of spaces of 2 units, an adjacent communal space and the corridors and lift lobby. The initial design issue and concept is brought from a macro scale in SDR stage to a macro scale in DDR.

 

This detailing exercise also practices the detailing of the facade and its components. Focusing of pre-cast technology, this detailing exercise required the planning and placing of precast wall panels and floors as seen in both plans and sections.
