Precedent studies
The same group (as site analysis) was tasked with detailed research on 2 projects, 1 International and 1 Local project. The given projects of my group was Bosco Vertical (International) and The Interlace (Local).

The aim of the assignment was to research and present the features of these projects, rendering inspiration and good practices to follow whilst planning the design scheme of our individual project.
The assignment exposed us to all the considerations as well as requirements that were needed in a scheme in Singapore, especially through the Environmental Science (services etc) and Structural aspect.
Estate Planning
Estate planning is something new that we will have to consider for the project this year.
​
With a plot of 60mx60m, the considerations for regulations, roads, services, public & private communal areas as well as landscaping are to be considered.
​
Precedent studies enabled us to understand more of the principles and planning that goes into the macro of the plot.
