Schematic Design review closes off the Semester by integrating all that is done in Semester 1:
Site Analysis, Precedent Studies, Individual Design Response, Structural Framing all into our individual projects.
Schematic Design review focuses on the Design Intent and the overall design scheme. This is seen in a macro perspective, taking the primary ideas of process from IDR (Individual Design Response) into forming the layout of ground floor plans, sky terrace plans as well as typical unit plans.
